Kids with cancer and high blood pressure: a safer dose study

NCT ID NCT07372560

First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at how a liquid form of a blood pressure drug called nicardipine works in children aged 1 to 15 who have cancer and high blood pressure. The medicine is specially made by the hospital pharmacy because the adult version isn't right for kids. Researchers will take small blood samples to measure how the drug moves through the body, helping doctors choose the best dose and schedule.
