Online help for NF1 patients: videos vs. peer support

Summary
This study is testing two different online approaches to help adults with Neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1) better understand their condition and recommended care. Researchers will provide personalized care letters and then randomly assign participants to either watch educational videos or have a call with a peer who also has NF1. The goal is to see which approach works better for people who find medical information challenging to understand.
