Summary
This study looks at how newborns and mothers naturally sync their heartbeats, sleep, and behavior at home. Researchers will use wearable sensors and smart mats to collect data from 30 mothers and 30 babies. No treatments or medications are involved—the goal is simply to learn more about this special connection and test if home monitoring works well.
