First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at whether giving expectant fathers online training about basic newborn care improves their confidence (self-efficacy) and how supported their wives feel during pregnancy. About 70 couples took part, with fathers in their third trimester. The training was delivered through a website, and the researchers measured changes using questionnaires. The goal was to see if this simple, accessible approach can help dads feel more prepared and partners feel more supported.
