Race against time: finding the best way to train doctors for newborn breathing emergencies

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to train hospital staff to use a special breathing tube called a supraglottic airway during newborn resuscitation. It will compare two different training and support strategies across many hospitals to see which one gets doctors and nurses to use the device more quickly and consistently. The goal is to close the gap between proven medical knowledge and everyday practice to help newborns who struggle to breathe at birth.
