New combo therapy aims to stop lung cancer from coming back

Summary
This study tests whether giving immunotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery or radiation can help people with stage III lung cancer live longer without the cancer returning. About 176 adults with resectable or borderline resectable non-small cell lung cancer will take part. The approach uses a drug called durvalumab to boost the immune system's fight against cancer.
