Promising new combo targets advanced head and neck cancer

Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs (SI-B001 and SI-B003) plus chemotherapy as a first treatment for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors and slow the disease. About 60 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
