Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) with chemotherapy or other drugs before surgery for advanced ovarian cancer. It includes 50 women aged 18-75 with confirmed ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. The goal is to shrink tumors enough for successful surgery and track side effects and survival over time.
