Summary
This study is testing a new two-drug combination called Alpibectir/Ethionamide for tuberculosis meningitis, a serious brain infection. Researchers will measure how much of these drugs reach the brain fluid and check their safety in 64 newly diagnosed patients. The trial also aims to see how these drugs interact with HIV medications in patients who have both conditions.
