Summary
This study is testing a new surgical tool to see if it can remove painful cysts caused by endometriosis from the ovaries while leaving healthy tissue behind. Researchers will examine tissue samples from 10 patients after surgery to see how well the tool works. The goal is to find a better surgical method that might help preserve a woman's ability to have children in the future.
