Summary
This study is testing a new surgical technique to repair problematic scars (called a 'niche') left from a previous cesarean section. The procedure combines two types of minimally invasive surgery to try to resolve symptoms like abnormal bleeding and strengthen the uterine wall. Researchers aim to see if this combined approach is more effective at relieving symptoms than other methods.
