Spinal implant trial offers hope for diabetic pain sufferers

Summary
This study is testing a new way to program an approved spinal cord stimulator to manage chronic pain from diabetic nerve damage. Up to 25 adults with persistent leg pain will have the device implanted and be followed for one year. The main goal is to see if this approach can safely and effectively reduce their pain levels.
