Advanced scans guide new attack on spreading prostate cancer

Summary
This study is for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread. It tests if adding targeted radiation to standard hormone therapy can better control the cancer and help patients live longer without their disease getting worse. Doctors will use a special type of PET scan to find exactly where the cancer is still active after initial treatment and aim radiation at those spots.
