Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of drug called JNJ-78278343 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to understand the side effects. The drug is designed to guide the body's own immune T-cells to find and attack prostate cancer cells.
