First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the targeted drug orelabrutinib to standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people newly diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL), a rare brain cancer. About 215 adults will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups to compare how well the tumors shrink. The goal is to see if the new combination leads to more complete remissions.
