Summary

This study is for people newly diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL), a rare brain cancer. It tests a combination of four drugs (methotrexate, rituximab, sintilimab, and pirtobrutinib) to see if it works better than standard treatments. About 110 adults will take part, and the main goal is to see how many patients achieve complete remission.
