First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether a new combination of chemotherapy drugs (AG-mFOLFOX) plus two targeted therapies (serplulimab and bevacizumab) works better than standard chemotherapy alone for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 292 adults in China will take part. The main goal is to see if the new combo helps people live longer.
