New hope for myeloma patients: trial tests two promising drug cocktails
NCT ID NCT07247097
Summary
This study is comparing two different drug combinations for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who are not eligible for a stem cell transplant. About 160 participants will receive either a new combination featuring elranatamab or a standard combination featuring daratumumab, both paired with three other myeloma drugs. The main goal is to see which combination is better at driving the cancer into deep remission, as measured by highly sensitive tests for leftover cancer cells.
