New drug cocktail aims to deepen remission in myeloma

Summary
This study tests several new drug combinations (teclistamab, talquetamab, and JNJ-79635322) in 160 adults aged 18-70 with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are eligible for a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if these combinations are safe and can improve treatment response before and after transplant. Participants will receive one of several drug regimens, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the cancer responds.
