New MRI scanner could solve brain tumor mystery

Summary
This study tests a new type of MRI scanner (Field-Cycling Imaging) to see if it can tell the difference between actual tumor growth and pseudo-progression (a harmless treatment effect that looks like tumor) in adults with glioblastoma. About 18 participants will get both a standard MRI and the new FCI scan before, during, and after chemotherapy. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor the disease and avoid unnecessary treatments.
