Summary
This study tested a new microprocessor-controlled prosthetic knee in 14 people with leg amputations who already use a similar bionic knee. The goal was to see if the new knee improved satisfaction when walking downstairs and overall mobility. Participants tried the new knee and then their usual knee, and the results were compared.
