New hope for Tough-to-Treat skin cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of three oral drugs for adults with advanced melanoma that has a specific BRAF gene mutation and has stopped responding to standard targeted therapy. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if adding a new drug (tazemetostat) to two existing ones (dabrafenib and trametinib) can help control the cancer's growth for longer. It is for patients whose cancer has spread and worsened despite prior treatment.
