Head-to-Head trial tests new hope for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This study compares two different drug combinations for people whose marginal zone lymphoma has returned or hasn't responded to previous treatment. Researchers will test whether orelabrutinib plus rituximab works better than lenalidomide plus rituximab at keeping the cancer from progressing. The trial involves 324 adults who have already tried at least one prior treatment containing an anti-CD20 antibody.
