New hope for frail lymphoma patients who Can't handle standard chemo

NCT ID NCT06045247

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new drug called epcoritamab to a milder chemotherapy combination can help control newly diagnosed large B-cell lymphoma in older adults or those with heart problems who cannot tolerate standard treatments. The trial will enroll 40 participants to see how well this combination works and how safe it is. Researchers will track how many patients achieve complete remission and monitor their quality of life during treatment.
