Summary
This study is comparing a new drug called SHR-A2009 against standard platinum-based chemotherapy. It's for adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (EGFR mutation) and has stopped responding to prior targeted therapy. The main goal is to see if the new drug can help patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
