Could a simple scan replace invasive liver tests?
NCT ID NCT07270601
Summary
This study is testing a new type of ultrasound scan designed to measure how much fat is in a person's liver. Researchers want to see if this easier, non-invasive method can be as accurate as the current standard, which is an MRI scan. They are recruiting about 110 adults, including people with suspected fatty liver disease and healthy volunteers, to compare the two tests.
