New Two-Drug attack on leukemia begins human testing

Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug, ICP-248, when given with an existing drug called azacitidine. It is for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) who have few other treatment options. The main goals are to see what side effects occur and to check for any early signs that the drug combination might help control the disease.
