New lens could reduce glasses need after dual eye surgery

Summary
This study tests a new type of lens (PureSee) placed during combined cataract and cornea transplant surgery. The goal is to see if it helps people see better at arm's length and reduces the need for glasses. Ten adults with both cataracts and Fuchs corneal dystrophy will be followed for 6 months after surgery.
