Can a new 'Medial Pivot' knee implant feel more natural?

Summary
This study is testing a new knee replacement system designed to move more like a natural knee. It will follow 100 people with severe knee arthritis for 5 years after their surgery to see how safe the implant is and how well it works. Researchers will measure pain, mobility, and how often the implant needs to be replaced or fixed.
