New Immune-Boosting combo targets Tough-to-Treat skin cancer
NCT ID NCT04303117
Summary
This study is testing whether two drugs that help the immune system fight cancer can help people with advanced Kaposi sarcoma (KS), a type of skin cancer. Up to 80 adults whose KS has been treated before will receive injections of PDS01ADC alone or combined with M7824, given through a vein. The goal is to see if these drugs are safe and can shrink tumors in people who need new treatment options.
