Summary

This early-stage study aims to test the safety and tolerability of a new drug called GIGA-2339 in people with chronic Hepatitis B. Researchers will give the drug through an IV to 48 participants to see how their bodies react and process it. The study will help determine if the drug is safe enough for further testing in larger trials.
