Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new injectable drug called AHB-137 for people with chronic Hepatitis B. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and to see if it can reduce the amount of virus in the body. The study includes both healthy volunteers and Hepatitis B patients who are already taking stable, standard antiviral pills.
