NCT ID NCT07340723
First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding ruxolitinib to standard steroids works better than steroids alone for grade II acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a common complication after stem cell transplant. About 168 adults who have had a first stem cell transplant for blood cancer and develop GVHD within 100 days will take part. The main goal is to see if the combination improves response at day 28.
