Summary
This is an early-stage study to check the safety and find the right dose of a new injectable drug called peguricase, given alongside methotrexate, for people with gout. It is for adults whose gout and high uric acid levels are not controlled by standard oral medications. The main goal is to see how the body handles the drug and to gather information for larger future studies.
