New hope for brain cancer: targeted drug combo tested in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, [177Lu]Lu-NeoB, in people with glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. For newly diagnosed patients, the drug is given alongside standard radiation and chemotherapy. For those whose cancer has returned, it is given alone. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. About 42 adults will take part.
