New gel injection aims to make colon polyp removal safer and more complete
NCT ID NCT07448129
Summary
This study is testing a gel called SUBMO® that doctors inject during a colonoscopy to help lift and remove large colon polyps. Researchers want to see if this gel works as well as the standard saltwater injection at removing polyps completely and if it is safe. The study will involve 300 adults with polyps larger than 10mm that need to be removed.
