Summary
This large, late-stage study is testing whether a new drug called GSK5733584 works better and is safer than standard chemotherapy for people whose endometrial cancer has come back. It will enroll about 600 adults who have already tried one or two prior treatments. The main goals are to see if the new drug shrinks tumors more effectively and keeps the cancer from worsening for a longer time.
