Summary
This study is testing if adding a drug called evolocumab to standard treatment helps people with pancreatitis caused by very high triglycerides. The goal is to see if this combination lowers triglyceride levels faster and more effectively than standard treatment alone. Researchers will measure triglyceride levels and track complications in 40 patients to see if the new approach is safe and helpful.
