Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (venetoclax, cladribine, low-dose cytarabine, and azacitidine) in adults aged 50 and older with untreated acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if this approach can achieve complete remission and improve survival. Participants receive the drugs in two phases: induction to kill cancer cells, then consolidation to prevent relapse.
