New hope for tough leukemia: Triple-Drug combo enters human trials

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a combination of three drugs (asparaginase, venetoclax, and blinatumomab) in adults whose B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The study aims to find the safest dose and see how well the combination works. About 26 participants aged 12 to 55 will take part.
