Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back and cannot be removed by surgery. Participants will receive two cycles of a targeted drug (becotatug vedotin) plus an immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor), followed by radiation therapy and continued immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and control the disease for as long as possible.
