Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (CM336 and isatuximab) in 20 people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who also have severe kidney impairment. The goal is to see if the treatment can improve kidney function and control the myeloma. Participants receive three cycles of the drug combination, and the study measures how well the kidneys respond and how much the cancer shrinks.
