Promising drug duo aims to shrink hodgkin lymphoma before transplant

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two newer drugs (pembrolizumab and brentuximab vedotin) can shrink or eliminate Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to initial treatment. About 84 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either this new combo or standard chemotherapy (GDP), followed by high-dose chemo and a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see which approach leads to better cancer control before transplant.
