New hope for hodgkin lymphoma patients who Can't get a transplant

Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (Chidamide+Decitabine plus an anti-PD-1 antibody) against another standard treatment for people with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma who cannot or choose not to have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the new combo helps keep the cancer from growing for at least a year. About 100 adults aged 18-75 will take part.
