Summary
This study tests a new combination of three drugs (golidocitinib, pegaspargase, and an immunotherapy) as the first treatment for people with advanced NK/T-cell lymphoma, a rare and aggressive blood cancer. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors and improve survival better than current treatments. About 40 participants who have not received prior therapy will be enrolled.
