Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, HLX43 and HLX07, alone or together, against a standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) in people with advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer that got worse after first treatment. About 671 adults worldwide will join. The goal is to see if the new drugs help people live longer or slow the cancer better than chemo.
