Summary
This study tests a new drug combination for people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread. It includes an antibody-drug conjugate (RC48-ADC) plus immunotherapy (toripalimab) and either chemotherapy or another targeted drug (trastuzumab). The goal is to see if these combos can shrink tumors and slow the cancer's growth. About 201 adults who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease are taking part.
