First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread and no longer responds to first-line immunotherapy. It tests a new combination of three drugs: a targeted therapy (fruquintinib), a chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel), and a novel immunotherapy (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab injection). The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 68 participants will be enrolled.
