Summary
This study is testing whether a new combination of medicines called 'Madalena association' can help control blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes. It will involve about 270 people whose current two-drug treatment isn't working well enough. Researchers will compare the new treatment to standard care to see if it's more effective and safe.
