New diabetes drug enters Mid-Stage testing

Summary
This study is testing a new investigational drug, LY3938577, to see if it works as well as or better than a standard insulin (degludec) for controlling blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. It will involve about 100 adults who are already using a specific type of daily insulin. The main goal is to see if the new drug helps people spend more time in a healthy blood sugar range over a 26-week period.
